Miss Mansfield

Howdy Brahmas! I am honored to be able to teach Theatre at BJHS this year! I started my own theatre career when I was in junior high. I received my BFA in Theatre Education from SHSU and taught 6-12 Theatre Arts for several years, and I am so glad to be back! I look forward to a great year.

What We Will Cover This Year:

In 6th Grade Theatre Arts, we will focus on performance basics and getting comfortable on stage.

In 7th and 8th Grade Advanced Theatre Arts we will focus on putting together student-led productions.

In both classes, we will focus on creativity and gaining confidence in ourselves, so students will be graded on participation and effort.
